The best day ever!
|
Christian's story begins 6 years before his birthday. His parents knew they needed help to get pregnant so they spent a lot of time at Wilford Hall Hospital in Lackland AFB (San Antonio, TX) Then in February '06, his mommy finally got pregnant! Even though the pregnancy was tough, the delivery was a breeze and Christian came out just perfect!

Oh so tiny, so cute!

This picture was taken when Christian was only a day old. As you can see Christian was born with a head full of straight hair. Hmmm, do you think his hair will curl up like his dad's? Lets wait and see.

It's never too late for a family picture!
|
With all the excitement from our new baby we almost forgot to take our first family picture together. So not to miss the opportunity we had our picture taken the day after Christian's birthday.

First time in my car seat...
|
At two days old, Christian received his clean bill of health from his pediatrician and was able to come home with his mommy and daddy the very next day. However, putting Christian in his car seat was another story, he barely fit in it! On the way home from the hospital, Christian's mommy was so worried about him being uncomfortable that she almost took him out of the car seat! (a big no-no) But Christian never fussed or cried in it so she didn't have to. What a good baby!

Quiet please...

Here's a picture of Christian on his first day at home...We wrapped him like a burrito as per our baby book instruction :) We're not sure that we did a great job but we're learning. The baby glider however is Christian's favorite to sleep in, he seem to like it better than the bassinet, so a big THANK YOU to Lennar-Space Coast Division for the glider and for the rest of the many wonderful gifts you have given our precious Christian!
